2006 Longboard Rosé

$17 BOTTLE - This aperitive style Rose made from locally grown Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect accompaniment to a warm summer afternoon or to the start a great meal with friends. Served slightly chilled it shows delicious raspberry and strawberry fruit with a crisp clean finish. 13% alc.

2005 Longboard Sav. Blanc

$17 BOTTLE Made from estate grown Sauvignon Blanc and selected Geelong Semillon, the wine was cold fermented to retain maximum flavour intensity. Upfront herbaceous aromas and crisp lemongrass and grapefruit flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc blend with the riper passionfruit and tropical flavours of the Semillon to make a refreshing youthful wine that is ready for consumption. 13% alc.

2005 Longboard Chardonnay

$19 BOTTLE - Made using Geelong fruit, this wine shows rich tangy lemon citrus flavours that are complemented by partial barrel fermentation and extended lees contact. The finished wine shows complex chardonnay character with balanced use of French oak whilst retaining primary stone fruit flavours. The feel is quite rounded and forward while the finish is long and smooth with gentle tannins. This wine should improve in the bottle over the next five years. 13.5% alc.

2004 Longboard Shiraz

$19 BOTTLE - This wine is the 2nd Shiraz made from 100% estate fruit. It displays intense and juicy blackberry plum fruit character layered with black pepper earthy spices and oak. Matured in French and a small number of American oak barrels, this full-bodied wine has a long and smooth finish and will reward those with three to eight years patience. 14% alc.

2004 Longboard Pinot Noir

$19 BOTTLE - Made from 100% estate fruit, this wine shows a combination of raspberry, plum and cherry fruit combined with a hint of smoked bacon complexity from maturation in French oak. The palate is well rounded with a long silky finish and gentle fruit tannins and should improve in the bottle over the next five years. 13.5% alc.

2004 Bellbrae Estate Shiraz

$24 BOTTLE - This wine, made from selected low yielding estate fruit, displays intense dark plum and blackberry fruit character layered with earthy spices and oak. Matured for 18 months in selected French and American oak barrels. This full-bodied wine has a long and smooth finish and will reward those with five to ten years patience. 14.5% alc

2004 Bellbrae Estate Pinot Noir

$24 BOTTLE - Made from selected low yielding estate fruit, this wine shows lashings of black cherry, plum and raspberry fruit with smoky bacon and toasted oak spice complexity from 12 months maturation in French barriques. The palate is rounded with a long silky finish and gentle fruit tannins and should improve in the bottle over the next five to eight years. 13.5% alc.
